Returns and Refunds Policy

Since Umoya Foods products are perishable and regulated by food safety requirements we do not accept refunds or exchanges on goods sold.

Umoya Foods does commit to exchanging products where there has been any damage, expiry or failed delivery. Umoya Foods reserves the right to request proof product damage, expiry or failed delivery in order to validate the exchange. Should this be the case please contact info@umoyafoods.com with your query. The exchange of goods is subject to availability. In cases where products cannot be exchanged Umoya Foods will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Orders may be cancelled within the day (before midnight of that date) that they are placed and cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
