Loaded with micronutrients to start off a productive day!

Ingredients

1 cup raw buckwheat groats
1 cup milk of your choice
3 cups water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Umoya Foods Turmeric Zen Shine
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch salt
a dash of vanilla (optional) 

Method

In the evening mix all your ingredients together. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
Just before you’re ready for breakfast cook the mix  on the stove for 10 minutes. You may need to add a bit more water.
Tuck in with some fruit or maple syrup.
